If you have any possible solution, please help. Not Logitech :(Price range is kind of whatever, though I am hesitant to spent more than 300 euro. Here is the link at which I bought the headset. Good mic is nice, but I'd be willing to get a external microphone if there's a really good headset that doesn't have it included. The sound for the headphones obviously doesn't work as of now, and the website that I assume might have better drivers is unreachable via a ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED. The installer then 'finished', told me there was an unknown error, and closed. The installer ran, entered the license agreement, and then started installing, but when it reached halfway through the same platform error popped up.

So, I ran all three of the installers on the disk (Win7, 8, and 8.1) in compatibility mode. I assume that this means Windows 10, and by googling the issue I confirmed that this was indeed the problem. First thing's first, I don't want comments about how surround in headsets doesn't work or whatever, or that for USB headsets that it's emulated or anything. The installation software was 'not compatible with this platform'. Unable to get Sades spirit wolf 7.1 usb headset to work in surround on windows 7. Will a Headset microphone still work if I cut it off the Headset in Hardware & Devices.

Im not even sure if my computer is recognizing the headset. I have tested it on another laptop so I know its not a problem with my headset.

However, upon recieving it today, I attempted to install the drivers and failed. I recently got the SADES SA-708 and to my surprise the microphone was not working. I recently purchased a SADES SA902 7.1 Surround gaming headset.
